Empowering you to embrace yourself & build a radically fulfilling life.

Live on your own terms. Embrace your individuality and neurodiversity.

So many people struggle as you do. Despite being creative, eager, and intelligent individuals, life is hard. My clients and myself are proof that change can happen for the good.

When people first reach out to me, they feel overwhelmed, like their lives are out of control. They cannot get a handle on everything they have to do and feel constantly on the edge of burnout.

My clients have plans, intentions, and goals to get things done, but it all falls apart, and they don't know why. Telling themselves if only they could be more motivated, disciplined, and responsible then things wouldn’t be like this. That often leads to embarrassment and shame, or even severe depression and anxiety spirals.

They may have internally opposing needs, such as feeling best when maintaining a regular routine, while simultaneously resenting their routine or quickly growing bored with it. It feels like they’ll never fully figure themselves out.

They worry they can never measure up to their neurotypical peers and feel like everyone else has something figured out that they cannot seem to understand. They feel like they can never truly be themselves around anyone out of fear of judgment for being so different. Let alone the judgment and social pressure that comes from simply existing as a queer person in a culture that rewards heteronormativity.

Their low motivation and mood swings get in the way of the life they want in so many ways. They aren’t the kind of person they want to be. They feel like they’re failing at being an adult. And their confidence in just about every area of life is tanking.

It doesn’t have to be this hard.

Before they came to see me, many of my clients felt guilty and frustrated for not being better at work, school, or with home maintenance. Other people seem so good at accomplishing such simple tasks. Why was it so different for them? They worried they’d never be able to manage their life and that they’d be playing catch up forever. And they were pretty certain no one else they knew struggled like this. Which made them feel lonely and insecure.

Like my clients, you deserve to trust yourself to get shit done. You deserve an authentic and happy life.

Releasing the shame you’ve held onto for years for not being “normal” is within your reach.

If you want to embrace the strengths of your neurodiversity, I’d love to help you get there.

You deserve to thrive. I can help.

meet victoria

Hi, I’m Victoria.

I help neurodivergent queer people who struggle to make progress on their passions learn to trust themselves to get shit done.

In my work as a therapist, I love to build supportive connections with fellow queer, neurodiverse people. I believe the foundation of my work comes not just from my training and clinical skills, but from my own lived experience. I get it because I’ve been there: constantly overwhelmed, low self-esteem, and can’t seem “just do” the things you know you care about. Trying to be a person in a neurotypical world is exhausting.
